In "run" I typed winmsd.exe to check on OS system
When I went to control panel, system, properties stated that I was running microsoft win xp media edition Ver.2002 SP3 When I typed in "run" winmsd.exe I went to system summary and it stated: microsoft windows xp Pro Ver. 5.1.2600 SP3 Build 2600 was on my cp. Which one is right? Thanks Craig1 person needs an answerI do too

Hello CraigYou will have Media Center editionSystem summary will report it as XP Pro because MCE is just a superset of XP ProIn All Programs you should see "Windows Media Center". It is not included in XP Pro and is what turns XP Pro into Media Center.Check here.
